DZ Wear Resistant Alloy Casting Foundry is professional in casting Anti-Wear, anti-corrosion and heat-resistant alloy components and spares for OEM and various industries, including earthmoving, mining & mineral processing, power plant, steel mill, cementing, dredging, sugar extracting, agriculture and general engineering.
Situated 270 kms north of Shanghai Port, DZ has a history over 35 years. Current land area is over 30,000 square meters, 70% is covered for Industrial production and the remainder for offices, laboratory etc. The total staff is 220 persons, including 11 engineers and 26 in sales and administration.

DZ foundry is ISO9001:2000 and GB/T28001-2001 certified, offering an integrated range of facilities, from drafting & design, pattern making, molding, melting, fettling, heat treatment, machining, testing to final packaging & logistics handling. Our designed annual capacity is 2500 tons of alloy steel and 2000 tons of alloy iron castings.
