As to meet the specific clients’ demand, we have developed complete modern casting processes with aid of advanced inspection and testing instruments. You don’t need to worry about your job size because we are able to supply as small as 1 piece work. For high volume demands, we also can select a correct process.

Casting Processes

Green sand casting (from 0.5Kg to 50 Kgs)
Resin sand casting (from 5 kgs to 500 kgs)
Sodium silicate sand casting (from 50 Kgs to 2 tons)
Shell Molding casting ( suitable for medium to high volume jobs)
Lost foam casting (complicate profile and good surface roughness)
True Investment casting (from 5 grams to 50 kgs)

Machining Processes

We can provide lathe turning (vertical & horizontal), milling, drilling, boring, grinding (OD & Surface) , fabricating, welding & hardfacing etc. We have rich experience in machining on “HARD” metal parts.

Heat Treatment Processes

Almost all common heat treatments are included, like annealing, normalizing, Quenching & tempering (Oil, water or air), induction hardening (Hi-frequency and Medium frequency)

Special Welding Processes

Besides hardfacing, we also developed series of “DZ” bimetal wear parts by special welding process. These parts are mild steel plate based with white iron casting on top, offering a good combination of wear resistance and weldablity
