Pattern shop

Our on-site pattern shop is specialized in making wood pattern. Patterns in metal and resin are manufactured in our partnering pattern shops with CNC machines.

Drafting & Design

Software used in daily work includes AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG etc. We are able to open and convert all 3D models.

Moulding

Manual moulding for green sand
12-ton/hr continuous sand mixer for resin sand moulding
Silicate Ester Harden sand moulding for large jobs
Shell moulding for high volume jobs
Casting weights from 0.5Kgs to 2 tons

Furnaces

Induction furnaces are used for all castings. We have dedicated four 1.5-ton furnaces for cast iron, two 2-ton furnaces for cast steel.

Inspection & Testing Equipment

Automatic Spectrometer Analysis

Automatic Spectrometer analysis provides a quick check on the casting chemistry before and after the pouring. It covers a wide range of alloys, including alloy steel, tool steel, manganese steel, alloyed irons etc.

Conventional Chemistry Analysis

Besides quick automatic spectrometer analysis, we also conduct conventional chemistry test for alloy and non-alloy elements to avoid erratic deviations.
Metallographic Analysis Microscope examination is conducted for expected microstructures, which is more important for wear resistant castings.

Hardness Tester

Desktop Brinell Hardness testers and Portable Hardness testers

NDT

Non Destructive Testing method are commonly applied in quality control, including Magnetic Particle Inspection(MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection(DPI) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
